Qualifications required for The Off Campus Work Permit:
To become eligible for the off campus work permit, you need to fulfil the following requirements;
- It is compulsory for a student to be enrolled as a full-time student studying in a public funder post-secondary institution in Canada,
- It is compulsory for a student to be enrolled as a full-time student studying in such a program which is an approved one, and from an eligible education institution funded privately in Canada.
The off campus work permit gives an opportunity to the students of working for 20 hours per week, and this limit has been set in place for the regular working academic sessions in Canada. The applicant also gets an opportunity to work full time in the break sessions of university i.e summer holidays, winter holidays and spring vacations.
