When we consider the foreign workers, an offer of employment is normally required before any of the proceedings done by Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) in order to grant a work permit to the applicant. - The employer applies for the Labour Market Impact Assessment, if applicable.
- Employer does the extension of a temporary job offer.
- Foreign Worker has to apply for a work permit.
- Finally the work permit is issued.
